Sts and Peter and Paul’s Old Cathedral is situated in Goulburn, New South Wales. Goulburn was the first inland city in the Colony. It is approximately two hour's drive south from Sydney along the Hume Highway and one hour's drive north from Canberra along the Federal Highway. The city has many fine examples of early colonial architecture which include the Goulburn Court House, St Saviour’s Anglican Cathedral and Sts Peter and Paul’s Catholic Cathedral.
Sts Peter and Paul's Old Cathedral is part of the Mary, Queen of Apostles Parish, within the Archdiocese of Canberra-Goulburn.

Sts Peter and Paul’s Old Cathedral is currently undergoing an extensive restoration project under the sponsorship of the National Trust of Australia, (New South Wales). Our aim is to raise at least $5million which is needed to stabilize the building, overcome the serious damp problem, repair and clean the windows as well as many other tasks that need to be done.
